Miguel Castillon
Currently enrolled in the Culinary Management program at Algonquin College, Miguel is already making a strong impression as a Dean’s List student. With a passion for cooking and a growing foundation in food preparation and handling, Miguel brings a thoughtful, quality-focused approach to every task he takes on.
Miguel has hands-on experience as an Assistant Cook at Amica Senior Lifestyles, where he contributed to A-La-Carte service, dessert prep, and daily kitchen operations. He has also worked in both fast food and long-term care environments, building a diverse skillset that includes prep, plating, dishwashing, and customer service.
Known for his punctuality, teamwork, and dedication, Miguel is eager to grow in the industry—and we’re thrilled to support him on that journey.

Francis Dela Cruz
(pictured) is also pursuing Culinary Management at Algonquin College and comes with extensive hands-on experience as a Line Cook at Queenswood Villa and Ogilvie Villa Retirement Communities. Showing promise for his adaptability, leadership, and mastery of diverse cooking techniques, Francis is driven to enhance every plate he creates and elevate our dining offerings.
