Announcing the Arrival of 2 New Cooks
Nikki Castillo (on the right) is a dedicated culinary student at Algonquin College, passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences. With experience in dynamic kitchen environments such as Hilton Garden Inn and local establishments like Sanduk and A&W, Nikki brings strong organizational skills, expertise in food preparation, and a commitment to excellence. She is excited to grow with our team and contribute her skills to crafting memorable dishes.
Francis Dela Cruz (on the left) is also pursuing Culinary Management at Algonquin College and comes with extensive hands-on experience as a Line Cook at Queenswood Villa and Ogilvie Villa Retirement Communities. Showing promise for his adaptability, leadership, and mastery of diverse cooking techniques, Francis is driven to enhance every plate he creates and elevate our dining offerings.
