As summer gives way to fall, join us for an evening of great wine, great food and a few milestones worth celebrating.
Etienne will take us on a tasting of four wines from four countries, featuring four different grape varieties. Each wine has a milestone story to tell in 2026 — whether it's the winery itself or the vintage being celebrated.

Chef Rob is getting in on the celebration too. Each wine will be paired with a sneak preview from Trio's upcoming fall menu, chosen to complement the late-summer and early-fall flavours of the wines. And this time, our guests get a say. You'll be among the first to try some of Rob's new fall creations, tell us what you think and weigh in on the pairings before the new menu launches.
