Summer
Summer at Trio is about easy evenings — strolling the neighbourhood, stopping in for a drink, or settling in for dinner without an agenda.
Our cocktail menu changes seasonally, often featuring a few favourites alongside new ideas. In summer, that might mean bright, refreshing drinks like Strawberry Fields or a Watermelon Mojito, alongside wines chosen for warm nights and long conversations.
